Orders are processed the following business day unless an item is being pre-ordered or back-ordered, and shipped as soon as possible after processing.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the 1-2 next business days. Orders are processed from Prague, Czechia. We usually ship with DHL Express, GLS or FedEx depending on location. Inside Czechia, we ship with Zasilkovna and UPS.
We cannot guarantee the availability of the purchased item(s). If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. The buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

Personal pick-up in our Store is free of charge. We are open Wednesday–Friday 13:00–18:00 at Heřmanova 18, Prague. You will receive instructions at the checkout.

The expected delivery time from the shipping date is:
Czechia 2—3 working days
Europe 3—5 working days
Rest of the world 7—14 working days
Please be sure to give an address where someone is present between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. You can also give your work address as the shipping address if this is more convenient for you.
The shipping price does not include duty or customs charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. The Overall Office is not responsible for the payment of this duty. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. By law, we cannot change the value of the order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.
